OFFICE SOLUTIONS

Office Security When your doors are manned with Adapt’s smart Security Guards, it’s important we project the right image – one that matches your own company’s values. Meeting and greeting staff every morning, and as the first point of contact for visiting executives and VIPs, our flexible Security Officers and their teams will take care of offices, commercial properties and council buildings, patrolling the premises, controlling goods in and out, searching individuals and vehicles, monitoring CCTV cameras and more. Security Officer Training Thanks to careful selection, many of our security staff already bring a wealth of experience with them. But we leave nothing to chance. Every member of the Adapt Security team – management included – undergoes customized training to match the demands that will be made of them. We adhere to training Code of Practice BS7499, standards which we regard as a minimum. As well as achieving widely recognised Scottish and National Vocational Qualifications (S/NVQ) and beyond, our stepped, co-ordinated programme seeks to build on the broad-based learning we foster with Site-Specific and Continuation Training. Our Security Officers enrol on widely recognised BTech courses that range from First Aid to Crisis Management, Close Surveillance to Remote Electronic Monitoring. Recruitment, Vetting and Screening Whether recruiting our own personnel or taking on board existing staff via TUPE transfers, we will make sure each and every Security Officer meets our exacting standards. We take nothing for granted, so our selection process is very demanding. And, as well as making sure that new employees have all the competencies that the job requires, we’ll look for evidence that individuals ‘fit’ with your core values. All staff are independently screened in line with the BS7858 Code of Practice and undergo enhanced vetting through the Criminal Records Bureau before references are taken up.
